Award Winning Chef Took Home a Trophy

Our Executive Chef Ng Sze-Yau received an invitation to a ‘3rd China Catering Expo’s Cooking Competition’ in Macau on 22 September, vying against other distinguished chefs from Hong Kong and Macau. For creating his masterpiece ‘Fried Crab with Herbs and Spicy Sauce’, Chef Ng won ‘The Most Favourite Dish’ award.
