酒店离朋友家近，出行方便。酒店楼下就是商场，买东西也很方便

酒店位置很不錯，航班延誤至深夜入住，謝謝職員Lily，Tony，Hailey，升級到套房。商場已關了，但仍有便利店，補充物品方便。早上退房Alison，Kobe説已安排特快退房，還問我們帶好證件了。吃個早茶寄放行李，行李大哥Bee,Michael很給力，連番問有沒有玻璃物品，櫃枱姑娘Joey也貼心。下次還會再來入住。

酒店的房間裝修非常現代化、富有設計感，床鋪舒適，設施齊全，清潔度也非常好。另外，員工熱情友好、禮貌周到。酒店的泳池及其他休閒設施也非常出色。

交通方便，整体不错，服务很好，房间干净，性价比高，环境不错，巴士站附近，在大窝口地铁步行约10多分钟到酒店入住时前台免费帮我升级房型房间干净，在香港这种寸土寸金的地方，房间不算小退房后可以保管行李楼下和附近都有大型超市，非常方便最主要是：节假日的房价不算太贵，几百块可以订到这样的酒店，实在意外所以，我必须好评

六年前我在温哥華的師兄介紹來悅來酒店的，這数年來港都是住此酒店，因為地點方便，政府部門，交通，銀行，都有，辨事方便，酒店前台及房間服務員非常樂於助人，房間清潔寬闊，所以疫情梢好再次入住希望見見酒店老朋友。。

很久之前來過一次,這次係疫情來,家中有突發事,需要入住酒店,是次check in時候,雖然要等候數分,但職員很好為我地upgrade 至行政套房,房內有書寫枱,梳椅,驚喜是有熨斗等等....下次會再來~
