    • Responsibilities:
    • Provide efficient and courteous service at the Front Desk and handle guests’ enquiries

    • 1-2 years' customer service experience, preferably in hospitality field

    • Provide supervisory assistance and support to the Chief Concierge and Assistant Concierge in the operations and the activities of the Bell services section

    • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in bell services, preferably with supervisory experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills

    • Holder of pool lifeguard award is a MUST
